Weekly Workouts




So, I definitely work better if I prepare ahead of time (duh)
Write everything out.
Maybe write it a few times.
Share my plan.

My sister gave me this plan at the end of Summer, and between getting sick, back to school, getting sick again, Joe turning 40...life has gotten away from me!

This is my goal.  I hope to have 2 'rest days' --this doesn't mean I won't or can't workout but it just means no pressure. (I work better this way)



So hopefully I have knocked this workout out of the park by the time you read this.

Legs:
Smith Machine 15 reps 3x
Curls 15 reps 3x
Extentions 15 reps 3x
Press 15 reps 3x

Calf Raises 15 reps 3x


#boom

Hopefully I inspire others too!  

It's never too late to start again.  

Even a 10 minute walk is better than nothing.
