Happy Friday!

I am feeling great so far. Day One of my cleanse went awesome!  I had so much energy last night at Zumba. It really goes to show, you feel a lot better while working out when you fuel your body correctly!

I am loving all of the support I am getting during my challenge. It's amazing!! If you're even thinking about a cleanse (and not breastfeeding) just do it!  It's probably the best thing I've done for myself ever.  Just think of how healthy your body will feel! Please don't hesitate to ask me questions. I am super passionate about this and if I feel this good on Day 2, imagine what Day 11 will be like!?

Last night Joe watched Brooke so I could go to a Zumba class.  He took her to the beach in her new big girl seat-stroller.  I just died when I saw this picture.

I was a little bummed last night because my favorite instructor didn't do her whole hour of Zumba. She did a half hour of some new kind of workout--Bokwa or something?! Not so much fun for me.  Then another girl taught most of the rest of the class, and well, she doesn't really shake it that much. So I jumped higher and walked faster and almost puked during some burpees, and I felt amazing!!  Not bad for a one hour class.

I picked up some sushi last night-- I had a small seared tuna salad, a few pieces of salmon sushi--no rice, and some edamame.  I was full!!

I took my herbal cleanse supplements before bed and I slept like a rock--11 until 8.  SWEET!!

This morning I had my Spark--I'm not missing coffee at all!  The Orange was actually quite tasty.  I also downed my fiber drink and then lots of water.

For breakfast I had one scrambled egg, plain oatmeal with a splash of coconut milk, and shared the fruit with my husband.  I'm full!

I am super pumped because my husband has the day off and we are meeting family/friends for a beach day!  We are going to BBQ etc. I will be eating lots of fresh veggies, fruit and plain organic chicken wings {with a dash of sea salt}.  (No hot sauce, no blue cheese, I can do it!)

  1. Well, that was certainly the reminder I needed to get my booty in gear ;) I've been trying SO HARD to get on track and eat right/clean. Do you ever get any Advocare samples? I've always wanted to try the Spark stuff!!

  2. I am planning to do a cleanse right after I am done breast feeding! Cant wait to lose my baby weight..I have 25lbs to lose! Good luck. I like the new design!

  3. You are seriously amazing!! I'm loving the food posts on insta! I don't know if I could handle a cleanse right now (I have no self control) but I'm loving the different ideas for yummy, healthy meals!
    You are so lucky ya'll live that close to the beach! I'd love to pop over there with Mia anytime I wanted :)
