Workouts

Sunday- walk/jog with the dogs 25 minutes
Monday- TIU Yoga
Tuesday- TIU KettleBell 
Wednesday- 25 minutes on the elliptical
Thursday- Booty Shaking Waist Workout & TIU Sexy Upper Back
Friday- Jillian Micahels Buns & Thighs
Saturday- Rest


I feel way more confident with working out lately; it's crazy the more you push yourself to get back into it, the more you want to do!! I truly believe this linkup is helping me stay accountable! I feel like I am actually getting back into a rhythm and I know I need to target all areas of my body and not just do cardio.


There are so many interesting videos on You Tube, there is seriously no excuse! Even if I just shake it for 10 minutes, I feel SO much better than doing nothing.

  1. I love how you mix it up every week! I have been in such a rut lately when it comes to working out...and I have zero excuse except I just don't feel like it! How lame is that?
