Kwik Kiwi Snack

Hubby works until 9 pm. I have Zumba 7:30-8:30.  We eat dinner when we get home around 9:30 {and will watch Modern Family, our favorite show!}  I need something to hold off the hunger, without feeling full and bloated while bouncing around on the Zumba floor!



1 kiwi
1 slice of cheese {sharp/strong works best}
1 slice of organic whole wheat bread

  • Peel & slice the kiwi
  • Layer it on the slice of bread
  • Place the cheese over kiwi 
  • Pop into microwave 40ish seconds
  • Enjoy its sweet, yet sour tastiness!!

  1. Hmm sounds interesting, I can't say I've ever thought about putting kiwis and cheese together. I might just have to give it a try :)
